BOOK RECOMMENDATION - BREAKING THE HABIT OF BEING YOURSELF
If you are into meditation and how to use your thoughts and frequencies to create a new reality for yourself, then you're going to absolutely love this book! The book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza
This book is all about how you can use meditation and going into your subconscious mind to recreate yourself. It's so fascinating, and Joe Dispenza really dives deep into how we can use meditation on a whole other level.
What I really love about the book is how he describes it, with facts and figures and everything and explains wave lengths and frequencies of the brain. It's really taking meditation and working with your subconscious mind to a whole other level, and it really is 'mind-blowing' so to say.
He highlights the fact that if you want to change your life, you can only do so by first becoming aware of what it is about your current life/reality that you do not like. You can become aware of this by meditation and be consciously paying attention to yourself and your own thoughts and behaviours. From here, you can then start to work on replacing your current reality with a new one.
It's so fascinating, and it has already given me an even bigger boost to dive even more into my meditation routine. I'm currently following the 4-week program that is at the end of the book, and I'm so excited about diving further into my own subconscious mind.
