It's Monday and time to look back at the happy moments from the past week!

How was your past week?

green smoothie

After having returned home from holiday I'm so happy to be back to green smoothies, green teas, matcha lattes and lots of healthy food! I simply just love and enjoy filling my body with good, nourishing food!

everyday happiness

I've started school again, and luckily I have some pretty interesting courses, fx one about consumer culture and buying behaviours - highly interesting

self care

I've been reading a loot of homeworks and had classes, but I've of course also found time for some relaxing self-care time. Always remember to take time to stress down and relax - otherwise you'll run out of energy and will not be able to do any of all of the things you want to <3

I've also been listening to some lovely podcasts (Emma Martiny's and Connie Chapman's), and been reflecting and journalling
