HEALTHY HABIT - MEDITATION

Så er en ny uge startet og det betyder endnu en ny healthy habit skal igangsættes! Lige en lille opsummering på sidste uges healthy habit, som var at gå en tur hver dag i den pågældende uge. Det lykkedes mig ikke helt. Jeg kom ud at gå 5 dage i løbet af ugen udenfor, de andre to dage orkede jeg virkelig ikke. Men jeg er stadig ret glad for at jeg fik kommet så meget ud, på trods af at der har været sne, frost og kulde de fleste dage. Det er måske ikke den helt rigtige årstid jeg valgte at udføre den healthy habit på, men jeg er blevet super glad for at komme udenfor og lige blive blæst lidt igennem i hovedet og få noget frisk luft. Så fremover vil jeg nok ikke gå en tur hver eneste dag, men jeg vil sørge for at komme ud et par gange om ugen og bare nyde naturen og luften.Men nu til denne uges healthy habit!Den anden vane jeg gerne vil etablere er; at meditere.Jeg vil gerne igang med at meditere oftere. Jeg har førhen mediteret lidt hist og her engang imellem, men ikke nok til at jeg reelt har kunne mærke en forskel på min krop. Men der er jo så mange gode fordele ved at meditere dagligt, at det næsten er helt tosset at lade være.Min tanke er at jeg i denne uge vil meditere hver dag i mindst 10 minutter. Og på sigt håber jeg så at jeg kan holde meditationen ved lige, og få gavn af det.Fordele ved at meditere:Det kan reducere stress.Det kan øge din koncentrationsevne.Det kan øge din glæde og selvbevidsthed.Det kan forbedre dit immunsystem.Og meget mere, bare prøv at læs denne artikel!Jeg håber at nogle af jer har lyst til også at tage del i denne uges healthy habit, og prøve at meditere dagligt!A new week has begun and that means time for getting started on a new healthy habit! Just a little sum up from last weeks healthy habit, which was to go outside each day for the following week. I didn't completely succeed. But I got out for a walk for 5 days through the week, and the two remaining I did not feel like it at all. But I'm still very happy that I came outside so much, despite snow and cold weather. It might not be the right season to establish that healthy habit, but I'm still super happy that I got outside and got some fresh air in my face. So further on I will not go for a walk every single day, but I'll try to get as much outside as possible and just enjoy the nature and the fresh air.But now until this weeks healthy habit!The other healthy habit that I want to establish is; to meditate.I would like to meditate more often. I've been trying to meditate once in a while, but never enough to fully gain the benefits of it and feel it on myself. But there are a lot of benefits to meditating daily, that it's almost crazy not to do it.My thought is that I want to meditate each day this week for at least 10 minutes. And further on, I hope to keep on meditating, so that I can feel the many benefits of it.Benefits of meditation:It can reduce stress.It can improve concentration.It can increase happiness and self-awareness.It can boost your immune system.And much more, just try reading this article I hope some of you would like to join this new healthy habit, and try out meditating daily for this week!
