Nogle gange har vi tendens til at komplicere tingene alt for meget. Hvis vi vil være sunde tror vi at vi skal ud og investere i 20 forskellige superfoods. Hvis vi vil have flot hud tror vi at vi skal investere i 5 forskellige, dyre hudplejeprodukter. Hvis vi vil være gladere tror vi at vi vil opnå dette ved at købe det ene, det andet og dit og dat.Men nogle gange overkomplicerer vi tingene alt for meget.Istedet burde vi fokusere mere på at forenkle vores liv mere. Gøre det nemt og enkelt for os selv.Hvis du vil være sund behøves du ikke investere i en masse superfoods. Bare hold dig til det nemme og simple valg: grøntsager og frugt.Hvis du vil have flot hud, så prøv istedet at skære så mange hudplejeprodukter fra som overhovedet muligt, og brug kun produkter med helt rene og naturlige ingredienser - og drik masser af vand, og i forbindelse med valget ovenover med grøntsager, så hjælper dette også på at få fantastisk flot hud.Hvis du vil være gladere, så lad være med at investere i ting. Brug istedet for din tid på, at sætte dig ned og tænke over hvilke ting det egentlig er der gør dig glad, oftest er det de helt simple ting i livet. Det kunne være at drikke en kop te, læse en god bog, gå en tur udenfor, snakke med en god ven eller kæmpe for en sag du virkelig tror på.Det er ikke altid nemt, specielt ikke i en verden hvor vi bliver fortalt at vi har brug for det ene og det andet for at være glade, smukke, sunde osv. Jeg falder også selv i fælden alt for ofte. Hvor har jeg ikke købt mange superfoods, hudplejeprodukter og remedier som jeg troede jeg ville blive lykkeligere af igennem livet.Men jeg er ved at være der hvor jeg ved, at det at forenkle mit liv, faktisk er med til at forbedre det. Jeg bliver gladere af at læse en god bog eller snakke med en god veninde, end jeg gør af at gå på shopping tur og købe en hulens masse ting. Jeg bliver sundere af at spise helt enkle grøntsager, end at bruge en formue på forskelligt spirulina eller acai pulver. Og min hud har det aller bedst når jeg spiser sundt, drikker masser af vand, er udenfor i naturen og bruger så lidt produkter som overhovedet muligt.Kender du til det med at overkomplicere tingene i dit liv? If we want to have beautiful skin, we think we need to invest in 5 different expensive skincare products. If we want to be happy we think we need to buy this and that.But sometimes we overcomplicate things way too much.Instead we should focus more on simplifying our lives. Make it as easy and simple for ourselves.If you want to be healthy you do not have to invest in a lot of superfoods. Just stay with the easy and simple choice: vegetables and fruits.If you want to have beautiful skin, try cutting out as many skincare products as possible, and only use simple, pure and natural ingredients - and drink lots of water, and in connection to the choice above, eating more vegetables also helps on getting beautiful skin.If you want to be happier, stop investing in things. Instead use your time on sitting down and really think about which things make you happy, often it is the simple things in life. It could be drinking a cup of tea, reading a good book, going for a walk outside, talk with a good friend or fight for a cause you truly believe in.It is not always easy, especially not in this world where we get told that we need to buy this and that in order to be happy, beautiful, healthy etc. I often fall into this trap. I have bought so much superfoods, skincare products and things which I thought would bring me more joy and happiness in life.But I am starting to get there where I know that simplifying my life actually is improving it. I get more happy by reading a good book or talk with a good friend, than I do going shopping and buying a lot of stuff I really don't need. I get healthier when I eat simple, whole foods, instead of using a fortune on spirulina or acai powder. On my skin feel the best when I eat healthy, drink lots of water, spend time in nature and use as few products as possible.Do you know the feeling about overcomplicating things in your life?
