LOVE YOURSELF TO HEAL YOURSELF

I’m still learning about the connection between our minds and our body, and how much the state of our mind affects our physical health and well-being, and it is truly fascinating.

I’m becoming more and more aware of how most of it comes down to whether we truly love and accept ourselves, or not. Love yourself, to heal yourself.

I saw this video the other day by Dr. Christiane Northrup, whom I find so inspiring. She taught a few lecturers on the Holistic Health Coach education I took, and I have been loving her ever since.

I would highly recommend you to listen to this video, and also ask yourself - do I truly love myself?

If the answer is no, then this is the first thing you need to start working on. Start writing down what you’re grateful for, tell yourself positive affirmations, speak lovingly and kindly to yourself, set boundaries and honour your own needs.
