I’m extremely passionated about Holistic Health and Preventative Health. Because why should we go around waiting until we become sick and then living the last many years of our life being in pain and being sick? When you instead can focus on preventative health throughout your entire life and live a happy, healthy life where you feel fresh in both body and mind all life! 🥦✨🌿

The amount of people getting lifestyle diseases has risen so much in the last couple of years – type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, stroke etc., which is so sad.

And as we have just seen with the recent virus, the people who were more susceptible to it, were people with already underlying diseases.

So why go around waiting until you become sick? Why not start right now and take action to better your health and well-being, so that you can live a long, happy and healthy life?

I’m always telling my boyfriend that I want to become over a 100 and still be moving around, doing yoga, playing around with grandchildren at that time and living and enjoying life. THAT is my ultimate goal in life – to be able to live and enjoy life to the fullest my entire life!

I don’t want to spend my last years in pain. Which is why I want to take good care of myself and my health and well-being already now and my entire life, so that I can prevent getting sick.

But what is “Preventative Health”?

It’s where you focus on preventing sickness.

Instead of going around waiting to you become sick and then going to the doctor. Then take your power into your own hands.

You can change your life by changing your lifestyle! Eat more veggies and whole foods, move your body more, get fresh air, laugh and have fun with those you love, do the things you love and are passionated about, rest and relax more!
