KNOWING DOESN'T CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Today I want to talk about a very important factor when it comes to changing your life: knowing doesn't change your life. What does change your life is implementing the things you learn in your life and sticking to them 🙌✨

We all have so much information available to us today, and you can Google most things - but knowing doesn’t change your life. Taking action and really implementing the things you learn is what will change your life.

I speak from experience in this matter!

I have read countless of books, watch webinars, gotten advice on XYZ, then I tried some of it out for a few weeks and then didn't see results and quit and went on to the next thing.

It wasn't until I started to really implement the things I learned in my life and stayed consistent with it over longer periods of time that I truly started seeing changes in my life:

- Seeing my skin starting to clear up
- Getting growth on my social media sites
- Starting to believe in myself and gaining more confidence
- Seeing improvements in my durability in running

You see, we all can gain information about what to do in regards to almost ANYTHING in life thanks to the wonderful internet. I promise you, if you have skin or digestive problems, then I have already created tons of advice for you in these free blogposts on my blog.

But again, it all comes down to DOING, not just knowing.

We all know eating vegetables is good for our health - but do we do it?
We all know exercising is good for our health - but do we do it?
We all know that if we want to get something done, we have to work on it - but do we do it?

This is why I decided to become a Holistic Health Coach, because I want to help YOU to make that change in your life. I want to help you to implement those things into your life that can really change your life.

And this is why working with a coach can be so beneficial, because then you have someone to remind you and to keep you accountable - which can be such a motivating factor in actually getting things done, and truly implementing those life-changing habits into your life 🙌✨
