WINTER GLOW SALAD
One of you lovely souls asked for the recipe for when I shared this salad on Instastory, itβs so simple, but I thought I would share it with you here if there were more of you interested in making this delicious Winter Glow Salad ππ±π₯
Itβs honestly SO simple, but also SO delicious and healthy - just like I love it π I often donβt spend hours cooking anything fancy, itβs rather just really simple, healthy, but also so delicious!
Cut sweet potatoes out in small chunks, drizzle olive oil, salt and sweet paprika over and bake in oven for about 30 minutes (180 degrees celcius)
Cut brusselsprouts in half drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
Canned chickpeas (rinsed thoroughly with water), drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper
Bake brusselsprouts & chickpeas for about 15-20 minutes (180 degrees celcius)
Boil broccoli for 4 minutes in water with some salt
Mix it all together + add some fresh salad mix, avocado and sunflower seeds
So yummy & SO good for you, your health and your skin! ππ₯ππΌ
